Simon Haskew is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Bristol with over 40 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in business restructuring and mid-market corporate insolvency.
Simon regularly supports businesses facing financial difficulties, with extensive experience in complex administrations and personal insolvency matters. He provides clear, practical guidance tailored to each company’s circumstances, drawing on four decades of expertise in corporate insolvency and business restructuring.

He previously served as a member of R3’s (The Association of Business Recovery Professionals) general technical committee and he is a former examiner for the JIEB qualification.
Before his current role, Simon gained experience at a Big Four professional services firm, building comprehensive expertise across all aspects of corporate insolvency, business restructuring and personal insolvency matters.
