Dan Trinham is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in the West Midlands with over 20 years of experience in company insolvency. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL), Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), and company administration, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Dan has extensive experience supporting SMEs across the manufacturing, engineering, retail, and hospitality sectors. His cases include the pre-pack sale of a printing and packaging business as part of an accelerated merger and acquisition (AMA) transaction, with around 20 jobs saved. He has also been involved in the trading administration of a residential park home which was rescued as a going concern.
Before entering his current role, Dan acted as insolvency manager at a leading Midlands-based insolvency and restructuring practice.
