Paul Wood is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Bristol with over 27 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in contentious insolvency matters.
Paul regularly handles large corporate insolvencies and complex contentious matters, with extensive experience in cross-border asset recovery and company investigations. He is regularly instructed by HMRC and solicitors, providing expert guidance in challenging situations involving significant asset recovery.
