Craig Povey is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Birmingham with over 15 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate insolvency and business turnaround.
Craig regularly supports businesses facing financial difficulties across diverse sectors, securing profitable exits and delivering restructuring solutions. His extensive experience includes investigations, asset recovery and specialist work with charities and not-for-profit organisations, balancing regulatory requirements with stakeholder interests. He has acted on behalf of AIM-listed clients and public interest cases.
