Tom D’Arcy is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Brighton with over 20 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate insolvency.
Tom regularly supports owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors, with extensive experience in orderly wind-downs and complex administrations focusing on business continuity, asset realisation and creditor returns. He also guides businesses through CVAs and restructuring processes designed to preserve value and support long-term viability.
