Susan Clay is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Cardiff with over 40 years of experience. She works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate and personal insolvency.
Susan regularly advises companies and their directors on all aspects of insolvency and financial distress, providing clear, practical guidance tailored to each company’s circumstances. She has practised in both Wales and Scotland, building extensive expertise across diverse situations and business types.
Before her current role, Susan spent nearly a decade running her own insolvency practice, building comprehensive expertise in advising businesses and individuals on insolvency matters over four decades.
