Richard Kenworthy is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Leeds with over 20 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate and personal insolvency.
Richard regularly advises owner-managed SMEs, corporates and individuals through periods of financial challenge, transformation and change. His extensive experience spans business rescue and recovery, administrations, liquidations, CVAs, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and receiverships, providing clear, practical guidance tailored to each company’s circumstances.
