Costa Pedhiou is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in London with over 15 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in SME insolvency and restructuring. 

Costa regularly handles complex shareholder disputes, director misfeasance claims and cases involving asset tracing, asset recovery and forensic investigations. He provides clear, practical guidance tailored to each company’s circumstances, with extensive experience in Members’ Voluntary Liquidations and shareholder dispute resolution through insolvency mechanisms.
