Andrew Mackenzie is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Leeds with over 30 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate and personal insolvency.
Andrew regularly supports business owners requiring pre-insolvency advisory and restructuring guidance, with extensive experience in debt advisory, funding, exit planning and business reviews. His expertise includes business investigations, valuations and asset disposals, providing clear, practical advice tailored to each company’s circumstances.
