Amie Johnson

Amie Johnson is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in London with over 15 years of experience. She works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate and personal insolvency. 

Amie regularly handles cases involving winding up petitions and both contentious and non-contentious insolvency assignments. Her legal background as a qualified solicitor brings additional expertise to investigations into breaches of the Insolvency Act and Companies Act, and recovery actions for creditors. She works closely with directors and creditors to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
