Adrian Hyde is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in London with over 30 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate insolvency and cross-border matters.
Adrian regularly handles complex regulatory-driven assignments across multiple jurisdictions, with extensive experience in offshore jurisdictions and cross-border asset recovery. His cross-border capabilities extend to enforcement actions across the USA, Panama, Monaco, Switzerland, Israel, Dubai and many other jurisdictions.

He is a former president of both R3 (The Association of Business Recovery Professionals) and the IPA, and currently serves as a director and board member of the IPA.
Before his current role, Adrian gained experience at a global advisory firm within the business recovery division, building comprehensive expertise in complex insolvency, cross-border matters and regulatory-driven assignments.
