Adam Shama is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in London with over 20 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate and personal insolvency matters.
Adam regularly supports businesses facing financial difficulties across retail, manufacturing, sports and technology sectors, providing analytical insight and strategic guidance tailored to each company’s circumstances. His extensive cross-border experience includes leading high-profile restructuring engagements for distressed businesses.
