Nick Reed is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Leeds with over 30 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate insolvency and business restructuring.
Nick regularly handles complex and contentious matters, with extensive experience in cross-border asset recovery. His cross-border expertise extends to assignments involving the USA, Turkey, Bulgaria, Singapore and Hong Kong, providing expert guidance in challenging situations.
