Adrian Rabet is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Jersey with over 35 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, liquidations and company restructuring, whilst specialising in offshore corporate insolvency and forensic accounting matters.
Adrian regularly supports businesses and stakeholders facing complex financial difficulties, with extensive experience in fund liquidations, trust companies and fraud investigations across Jersey, Guernsey and other offshore jurisdictions. He is one of the few practitioners registered in Jersey to act as a liquidator of Jersey companies under Royal Court appointment.
