Gareth Prince is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Birmingham with over 25 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in financial advisory and restructuring.
Gareth regularly undertakes advisory engagements and formal insolvency assignments across hospitality, leisure, construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors. His extensive experience includes providing expert guidance on complex cases that has earned him the trust of both lenders and management teams.

Before his current role, Gareth gained experience at a global risk and financial advisory firm. He was also on secondment to a major banking group’s business support unit, working with businesses from small SMEs to listed companies.
