Julian Pitts is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Leeds with over 40 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in business restructuring.
Julian regularly supports businesses facing financial difficulties across construction, hospitality, care and sport sectors. His extensive experience includes sales through administration, complex reorganisations and restructuring advice, having undertaken over 2,500 insolvency appointments throughout his career.
