He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in corporate insolvency and financial advisory.
Stephen regularly handles partnership insolvencies and regulated businesses, with extensive experience across technology and construction sectors. His specialist knowledge includes business acquisitions, due diligence and complex investigations, providing expert guidance in challenging situations.
