Paul Cooper is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Canary Wharf with over 15 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in business restructuring and turnaround.
