He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in SME insolvency.
Martin regularly advises distressed owner-managed businesses across all sectors on the options available to them. He is regularly appointed as liquidator for both insolvent and solvent companies, providing practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each company’s circumstances.
