Andrew Andronikou is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Canary Wharf with over 35 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in business restructuring.
Andrew regularly handles high-stakes, cross-border assignments across hospitality, leisure and manufacturing sectors. His extensive international experience includes work across Hong Kong, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Cyprus, Russia and Luxembourg, providing expert guidance on complex restructuring matters.
