Jason Ainge is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner based in Leeds with over 20 years of experience. He works with directors across all insolvency procedures, including administration, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and both Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), whilst specialising in contentious matters across both corporate and personal insolvency.
Jason regularly handles complex domestic and cross-border contentious matters, with extensive experience in fraud investigations, asset tracing and litigation recovery on behalf of creditors, including HMRC. His cross-border expertise spans the Channel Islands, France, Spain, the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Nigeria.
